A beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple. I started the day with Cass in her salon in Gladstone where she was spending her time preparing with her 2 best friends, her mother and her daughter. Cass' makeup was completed by one of the women who work beside her in her salon, Emma. Emma did an absolutley fantastic job. Cass' salon is a stunning spot of beauty in Gladstone which both herself and Damien have spent alot of time and effort into renovating and perfecting it to their liking. After I had spent some time with Cass it was the boys turn. I made my way to Gladstone park where the ceremony was to be held. Damien was there with his two groomsmen and Cass' son. They were heating up the cattle brand which was to be used later to burn a wood plaque during their ceremony. The excitement was all over Damiens face as he greeted each guest.

The ceremony was lead by Marianne at Phoenix Ceremonies. Cass was arriving to the ceremony in two vintage cars with her bridesmaids and her mother. Both of Cass' parents accompanied her down the aisle to her loved one. Damien was given the nod to turn around and see his beautiful bride for the first time, Damien was overwhelmed with joy that it brought on tears. To begin the ceremony both of Cass' children stood beside her before she joined Damien. Damien began the ceremony by gifting both Sienna and Ethan with a small token of his appreciation. A beautiful and emotional moment for all as Ethan recieved his gift from Damien. After the traditional part of their wedding ceremony Damien and Cass lead everyone to where they would be branding their own plaque of wood with their family initals. A unique experience which will now hold a space in their home for many years to come.

After the ceremony we captured a few family images before heading off to the space where Damien and Cass wanted to have their bridal portraits. The bridal party rode in style in the vintage cars which were hired for the wedding. The bridal party were full of fun making my job way too easy. 

After we had finished we headed back to Gladstone where the reception was being held at The Gladstone Heritage Hotel. The backyard area had been lit alight with fairy lights and decorations absolutley transforming the area into a beautiful wedding reception. All of the guests were seated and awaiting Damien and Cass' arrival. Marianne, who had officiated the ceremony, was also the MC and entertainment for the recepetion (woman of many talents). A beautiful reception was had with plenty of heart warming speeches for the bride and groom.
